USPTO Patent Quality Chat Webinar Series

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will be offering the next webinar in its Patent Quality Chat webinar series from 12:00 to 1:00 pm (ET) on March 13, 2018. The latest webinar, entitled "Subject Matter Eligibility: Guidance & Examination Resources" will be hosted by USPTO Deputy Commissioner for Patent Examination Policy Bob Bahr, who will discuss the resources the Office provides on subject matter eligibility, with an emphasis on the latest revision of the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure from January.
